Excellence in Sacred Music
In keeping with Grace Church’s emphasis on ministry through the arts, the music department has developed an extensive history of excellent music programs. Music in worship is lead by the magnificent Grace Church Choir, a semi-professional 32-voice ensemble with a diverse repertoire. Grace Church’s exceptional vocal soloists are accompanied by piano, organ, or guitar. Adults, youth, and children participate in handbell ensembles, utilizing our 5 octaves of Malmark bells. Hymns sung by the congregation and choir are lead by the 46-rank Casavant organ built in 1962, which is complemented by the church sanctuary’s stunning acoustics. Gifted composers and arrangers George Broske and Jean Rodden share their creative works. Concerts and special musical offerings round out the music experience at Grace Church.
