Women of Grace is a community of United Methodist women who strive to combine the pursuit of individual spiritual growth with a global perspective and mission outreach.
The women gather for unit meetings four times a year. The meetings involve fellowship and special programs and lectures.
The group’s goals are to:
- know God
- experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ
- develop a creative, supportive fellowship
- expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church
Monthly Study Groups:
Prayer and Share. This group uses a resource book to stimulate thoughts and to focus their sharing with one another about needs for prayer.
Meets at noon on first Tuesdays.
Bible & Breakfast. In these monthly gatherings, the women share breakfast and participate in a Bible study. These studies provide nurture for spiritual growth and encourage reflection on the meaning of “God in our life and our life in God.”
Meets in the morning on second Saturdays in the Church parlor.
