This juried show and exhibit offers artists in the community the opportunity to display works reflecting their faith journey. Artists of many faith perspectives enter artwork using a variety of media. Well-known artists and instructors serve as jurors, and prizes are awarded.
We are pleased to announce (and call for submissions for) our
17th Annual Expressions of Faith Juried Exhibition: Cross Roads!
Expressions of Faith encourages artists from around the region to enter pieces that reflect or are inspired by our show’s theme. This year our theme, Cross Roads, looks at the traditional Stations of the Cross in new and personal ways! Each artist is encouraged to explore and interpret any (or many) of these different points of Jesus’ final hours through their own eyes—in their choice of media, style, and time—regardless of faith tradition, upbringing, or experience. A list of the traditional stations and personal interpretations are on the flyer below. Cash prizes will be awarded, and pieces may be entwined (figuratively speaking) into our Lenten worship celebrations.
Entries can be made at the Gallery at Grace, within Grace Church: United Methodist (900 Washington Street in downtown Wilmington, Delaware) at the following times:
Friday, February 10, 9 a.m. to Noon, or Monday, February 13, Noon to 4 p.m.
Please bring your pieces, a single completed entry form, and your entry fee.
Information is also available on our flyer below (click it for a full-sized image), and you can click here for a printable application form (pdf format).

Thank you for helping connect art and faith!
